Energy building renovation

Altana acts as a global service provider for the modernization and complete energy renovation of the emblematic building located at 62, rue du Rhône in Geneva. Designed at the end of the 1960s by the famous Geneva architect Marc-Joseph Saugey, this building will benefit from a new life cycle thanks to our expertise.

Our team is also committed to obtaining LEED certification for this project, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of sustainable construction. This initiative reflects our commitment to innovation and sustainability in the real estate sector.
