Daniele Grasso
Founder, Managing director
Daniele is a civil engineer who graduated from the Polytechnic School of Turin. He specialised in real estate development at the National Institute of Applied Sciences of Lyon and at the University of Geneva.
Daniele cumulated 20 years of experience throughout his career, which began at the Bouygues Construction Group, in the Paris region. He then joined the Swiss subsidiary Losinger, as development manager for major tertiary projects in the Canton of Vaud and Ticino. Later, he headed the division specialised in the development and management of complex real estate projects for private and public clients in French-speaking Switzerland for the CBRE group.
In 2017, he created Altana Consulting, a real estate consulting firm. His objective: getting closer to local players and their sensibilities.
Francois Forre
Deputy Director
François is a civil engineer who graduated from the Arts&Métiers Paristech School. He specialized in structural engineering and construction project management at the Heriot-Watt University in Scotland.
François has 9 years of experience in the construction sector. He started with the Eiffage group in Lyon, then joined SOGECA in Switzerland in 2017 as a works engineer. In 2019 he joined the SCRASA group as manager of the earthworks, special works and renaturation of waterways divisions.
Francois has gained solid experience in the Swiss construction industry. He is specialized in the management of technical and complex works projects, including the planning and construction of industrial and logistical projects.
Lawrence Lemarchand
Development Manager
Graduated engineer from the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics, Lawrence Lemarchand specialized in asset management and real estate economics at the University of Birmingham and EPFL. With 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, he began his career at Deloitte as a financial auditor, where he conducted advisory missions for European real estate clients for 5 years.
In 2019, Lawrence joined a Dutch real estate company as an Asset Manager responsible for a commercial portfolio of 6 shopping centers. In 2021, he moved to Redevco, where he managed various commercial assets on behalf of different private and institutional investors.
With his technical and financial analysis skills, Lawrence brings a strategic vision to asset valuation, repositioning, and operational management, with a focus on sustainability.
