Daniele Grasso, Managing Director - Altana Consulting SA

Daniele Grasso

Founder, Managing director

Daniele is a civil engineer who graduated from the Polytechnic School of Turin. He specialised in real estate development at the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) of Lyon and at the University of Geneva.

Over the course of 20 years of experience, Daniele built a solid background in the real estate and construction sectors. He began his career at the Bouygues Construction Group in the Paris region, before joining its Swiss subsidiary Losinger as Development Manager for major commercial projects in the cantons of Vaud and Ticino. He later headed the division dedicated to the development and management of complex real estate projects for private and public clients within the CBRE Group in French-speaking Switzerland.

In 2017, he founded Altana Consulting SA, an independent real estate consulting and project management firm, with the ambition of offering a strategic, integrated, and locally rooted approach to real estate development.

Daniele is also a member of the board of the Fondation HBM Emile Dupont, a public real estate foundation in Geneva committed to the construction, renovation, and management of affordable housing for low-income households.

Samuel Theis

Deputy Director

A graduate of École Centrale Paris, Samuel Theis has over 20 years of experience in the building and real estate sector. He began his career with the Bouygues group, where he managed construction and renovation projects for commercial buildings, before moving into project ownership and real estate development roles.

He then deepened his expertise in strategic advisory and project management within the JLL group, leading complex projects for both public and private clients, and managing multidisciplinary teams.

He continued his career at Losinger Marazzi, working as a real estate developer on projects involving significant technical, urban and partnership challenges.

At Altana Consulting, he contributes to the management of consulting and general planning assignments, as well as to the leadership of the firm’s service lines, within a structure that values agility, client proximity and operational engagement.

Diego Florez

Project Diector

 

Holder of a Master of Science HES-SO in Engineering, Diego Florez began his career at edms SA in Geneva, where he specialised in the design and management of complex projects, including high-performance new buildings, rooftop extensions and large-scale urban renovations. During this time, he developed strong expertise in structural engineering, technical management, and site coordination.

Wishing to broaden his understanding of the economic and decision-making mechanisms of real estate, he is currently completing a Master’s degree at the Institut d’Études Immobilières (IEI) in Geneva, focusing on real estate development, investment strategy, and asset management.

At Altana Consulting SA, Diego combines his technical and real estate expertise to support projects in development, general planning, client advisory, and operational management, applying a rigorous and value-driven approach throughout each stage of the process.

Charline Eden Constantin

Consultant

 

With a background in management and strategy from the University of Geneva and HEC Lausanne, Charline Eden Constantin is developing her experience in the Geneva real estate sector within Altana Consulting, where she contributes as a consultant to client advisory assignments, mainly during the early phases of planning, project structuring, and real estate valorisation.

Her diverse experience across different areas of the real estate industry has provided her with a solid understanding of the strategic, economic, and organisational challenges involved in project development and value creation. Her generalist education allows her to approach projects with an analytical and structured mindset, linking the strategic, economic, and operational dimensions of real estate development.

She is currently completing a Master’s degree at the Institut d’Études Immobilières (IEI) in Geneva), focusing on real estate development, investment strategy, and asset management, in order to strengthen her expertise in early-stage planning and value enhancement of real estate projects.
