Project description

Developing and building 10 Minergie housing buildings in the Development Zone 3.

​

Scope of services

• Project management & client representation and defense.

• Offer regular analysis and strategic advice to optimise the project’s characteristics. Organise building permits and planning.

• Assistance in resolving land issues and coordinating other partners.

• Organising mandates for the pools of agents.

• Monitoring documentation in regards to building authorisation, as well as procedures and negotiations with the OCLPF.

• Administrative, legal, contractual, financial and technical management.

• Incorporating and piloting the ‘ad hoc’ general contractor for the construction of the ZDPPE buildings. Managing relations with buyers and monitoring orders.

• Offer regular progress reports for the Board.

• Reception and closing of accounts on behalf of the client.
