Project description
Managing and advising on the development and implementation of innovative mobility services.
Context
The ‘Cherpines’ project will accommodate approx. 4,000 housing units, activity centres, shops, sports and cultural facilities.
The car park will be of minimum capacity in order to promote green mobility. A part from a new public transport infrastructure, the authorities wish to offer future inhabitants direct access to shops and services on site.
Scope of services

Fine-tune operational functionalities of mobility offers and services.

Outline the governance, identify and approve stakeholders. Propose appropriate statutes for the mobility fund.

Outline all the necessary elements in order to create a mobility fund (management, financing, terms of use, etc.).

Implement and monitor the mobility services.
